The Customer Relations Management (CRM) department, a new department at Gyproc, has been appointed to serve the purpose of the company of providing the best services to meet the needs of our customers. The department offers these quality services in the following ways.

In order provide effective service, a database system for customers has been developed and a customer needs’ analysis will be conducted with the use of this database. Also, Gyproc will make use of the customer information provided in order to improve its services in an optimally systematic way. |

The department continues to reduce the number of complaints from customers as a main focus of the company so that we can provide all of our customers with the best quality service. |
